1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "tg44", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the tg44 platform, its operators, affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the tg44 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the tg44 website at tg44.io, including all sub-pages, products, services, features, and content made available therein, whether accessed via desktop browser or mobile browser.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the tg44 registration process, verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in these Terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a player on any sporting event, casino game, or other product offered through the tg44 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and winnings held in a player's tg44 account at any given time.
• "BDT" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of the tg44 platform for players accessing from Bangladesh.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process that tg44 conducts in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Bonus" — refers to any non-cash promotional credit, free bet, cashback, deposit match, or other promotional incentive offered by tg44 to eligible players subject to specific wagering conditions.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with tg44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete and binding agreement between you and tg44 with respect to your use of the platform. By creating an account or placing a wager on tg44, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

tg44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately close your account and cease all use of the tg44 platform. Requests to close an account should be directed to [email protected].

3Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the tg44 platform. tg44 enforces a strict 21+ policy. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tg44 may require documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one tg44 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. tg44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where inaccurate or misleading registration information is discovered.

3.4 Restricted Territories. tg44 does not accept players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tg44 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular territory.

3.5 Employees and Associates. Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of tg44 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money wagering activity on the platform.

4Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tg44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify tg44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). tg44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any time. Standard KYC requirements include:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in the player's name).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by tg44 will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting tg44 support. Accounts flagged for fraud, prohibited conduct, or KYC non-compliance may be closed by tg44 without prior notice, with any balance subject to review before release.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tg44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other payment channels listed on the platform's deposit page at the time of your transaction. tg44 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without advance notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform's cashier page. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted at tg44's discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed on the cashier page, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC verification. tg44 targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during BST business hours, but cannot guarantee processing times for all payment methods.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. tg44 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method as an anti-money laundering control. Where the original method cannot be used for withdrawal, tg44 will request additional verification before releasing funds via an alternative method.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the tg44 platform are conducted in BDT. tg44 does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Players depositing via methods that involve intermediary conversion are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and promotional offers issued by tg44 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is made. Where a conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are disclosed on each offer's detail page. tg44 does not change wagering requirements retroactively once a bonus has been activated by a player.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. tg44 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome (arbitrage), wagering on excluded game types to fulfil requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses and any related winnings voided and their accounts suspended.

6.4 Promotional Changes. tg44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a promotion before the cancellation date will not be affected by that cancellation, provided the relevant wagering requirements are met within the original timeframe.

7Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by tg44. tg44 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by players with a consistent record of exploiting pricing errors or by players whose betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.

7.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that an incorrect price is offered due to a technical error or human error, tg44 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price. Affected players will be notified and their stakes refunded.

7.3 Event Cancellations and Voids. If an event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement threshold, or otherwise declared void in accordance with tg44's sporting rules, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at tg44's discretion. tg44 will not be held liable for any inability to place, amend, or cash out an in-play bet during a period of market suspension.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. tg44 applies per-event and per-day maximum winning limits. These limits are displayed on the relevant market pages and may vary by sport and event. No liability will be accepted for winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for any single event or combination.

8Casino Games

8.1 RNG Certification. All electronic casino games available on tg44 — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that produce outcomes that are statistically random and unpredictable. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party auditors.

8.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules governing each live game are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the supplier's own certified game rules in addition to these Terms.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome of any interrupted round will be determined by tg44's system records. tg44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical malfunctions fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

8.4 Game-Specific Rules. Specific rules for individual casino games — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, minimum and maximum bet limits, and side bet rules — are available within each game's help section and on the game's detail page on the tg44 platform.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where legally required — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use tg44 to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, circumvent security measures, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker, or sharing account access.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction processed by tg44.
• Hacking, attempting to compromise, or reverse-engineering any part of the tg44 platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tg44 staff or other players via any communication channel.

10Responsible Gaming

tg44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, the player will be prevented from placing further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session duration controls that will log the player out automatically after the defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may self-exclude for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.

For external support, players in Bangladesh may seek assistance from national health and counselling services.

tg44 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy. It is illegal and contrary to tg44's values for minors to gamble. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

11Privacy & Data

tg44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By using the tg44 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tg44 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the tg44 servers. Player financial data, identification documents, and account credentials are stored in encrypted form and are never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

tg44 may share player data with third parties where required by law, in connection with anti-money laundering obligations, or with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) who process data on tg44's behalf under confidentiality obligations.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the tg44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and the tg44 brand identity — is the property of tg44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tg44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tg44 content without prior written consent from tg44.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tg44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tg44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tg44 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. tg44 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

tg44 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from your use of an account that has been compromised due to inadequate credential security on your part.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tg44 holds its offshore operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tg44's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents tg44 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.

15Contact & Complaints

tg44 operates a formal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the tg44 platform, please contact the support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a clear description of the complaint, and any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots.

tg44 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours (BST) and will aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex disputes — including those involving large withdrawal amounts or alleged fraud — may require additional time for investigation. tg44 will keep you informed of progress throughout the investigation period.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of tg44's internal complaints process, you may refer your complaint to the relevant authority or dispute resolution body specified under tg44's offshore licence terms.
